In order to attend DECA-UGH events, DECA Invitational competitions, and the annual provincial’s competition in downtown Toronto, you must register with DECA U Ontario as a delegate!

Not in first year? Not to worry! You can still learn more about how to get involved with DECA and meet the executive team at the Get Involved! Be Informed! Society Fair in the atrium on September 13th, 2017 from 11:00am – 2:00pm!
DECA-UGH is looking for mentors for the upcoming 2017/18 academic year! Are you passionate about DECA and helping others? Have you been successful in the DECA competitions you have attended? A position as a mentor might be right for you!
As a mentor, you would be responsible for (1) training and mentoring DECA-UGH delegates in preparation for case competitions (2) supporting DECA-UGH chapter events and attending wherever possible and (3) providing feedback on delegate progress to the Vice-President of Training.
To qualify for the position, you must have prior experience as a DECA-UGH delegate and be available to volunteer your time for up to 4 hours/week (average commitment of 2-3 hours/week, but will vary depending on training needs). In addition, previous competition experience and awards are an asset.

DECA U will be hosting their first event of the year on September 30, 2018 at the Deloitte Tower in downtown Toronto!
The day will consist of a comprehensive case competition where delegates will provide consulting strategies for an up and coming startup. In addition, there will be networking opportunities with exclusive Deloitte firm representatives in both the Accounting and Consulting areas. The event will showcase distinguished speakers in various backgrounds of entrepreneurship and technology and will end off with a social at The One Eighty.
Grand prizes include: First Place - $500
Second Place - $250
Third Place - $100
