Ready to be apart of the full DECA experience? Begin your journey by registering as a delegate with DECA University of Guelph-Humber! IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to officially become a delegate with DECA-UGH, you MUST complete the following two steps below:
STEP 1 REGISTER AS A DELEGATE FOR THE 2015-2016 YEAR
- Register yourself as a delegate of the University of Guelph-Humber chapter through DECA U Ontario - Click on the button below to complete the delegate registration form - You will receive an confirmation email to confirm your delegate registration with our chapter
- You can continue to use your existing account from last year by logging in with your registered credentials (email and password) - If you do not know your password, you may reset it on the login page. You will receive an email with a temporary password that will be used to log into your DECA account - Once you have logged into your account, you will need to enter a permanent password that you will use to log into your account during the year. At this point, you are officially registered as a delegate for the 2015-2016 year
- Log on to www.decau.ca and sign in to your delegate profile using the information you have registered with from STEP 1 - Click on the ONLINE PAYMENT tab and then click on PAY WITH CARD - Enter you credit card/VISA Debit Card information to pay the fee - You will receive a confirmation email indicating that the payment was successful
WHY IS THERE A $25 DELEGATE FEE? WHO RECEIVES THIS FEE?
The $25 delegate fee is solely charged by DECA U Ontario, with DECA-UGH being responsible for collecting the fee in regards on becoming a delegate of DECA U and DECA University of Guelph-Humber. The $1 fee is a processing fee CHARGED only by the third-party provided on accepting the payments. The $25 fee will be used to assist DECA U in supporting their amazing events and conferences that are held during the year. NO portion of the fee goes to DECA University of Guelph-Humber.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW MY EMAIL THAT I'VE REGISTERED WITH LAST YEAR?
While on the password reset page, you may attempt to use your emails that you currently have such as your personal email (Outlook, Gmail) or Gryph Mail account (@guelphhumber.ca email) until the DECA U system accepts it and sends you the email with the temporary password.
If you have tried all your emails during the password reset process and the system doesn't recognize any of your emails, please register yourself as NEW DELEGATE by following the instructions above.
WHILE COMPLETING THE DELEGATE REGISTRATION, I HAVE TRIED ENTERING AN EMAIL TO USE AS MY LOGIN BUT THE SYSTEM HAS SAID THAT EMAIL HAS ALREADY BEEN REGISTERED WITH, HOW CAN I COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS?
If during the registration process the DECA U system gives you an error indicating that the email you're trying to register with has already been registered with, you can continue to use that same email for this year's registration. To continue using the same email from last year for your registration, please follow the RETURNING DELEGATE process by following the instruction above. If you want to use another email for your registration, please follow the NEW DELEGATE process by following the instruction above.
